Becoming the Butcher

Get up close and personal for a virtual butchery course – featuring wild game! Each class will feature the full break down of a wild game critter (pronghorn antelope, mule deer, whitetail, elk, bison). You’ll learn traditional and innovative meat cuts, equipment to have on hand, knife sharpening techniques, meat care tips, and more.

Courses are interactive – you are encouraged to ask questions and interact as we go! Feel free to suggest cuts or techniques you’d like to see or scenarios you’d like to talk through.
