Carcass fabrication cannot be easily taught online or from a book. Let us come to you to train your team in-house and hands-on. Train in your facilities, the way you want, with no loss of production time.
Need a classroom curriculum or a workshop for a community event? We’re skilled in classroom and workshop development designed to educate and engage any audience. We can lead the program, or ‘train the trainer’ to prepare you to be the meat science expert.

That’s the beauty of a traveling butcher school – we will come to you! Utilizing your own carcasses and facilities ensures there is minimal loss of production time, and your team becomes more familiar with your unique working environment.
If you don’t have your own facility, that’s no problem! Come visit us in Livingston, Montana where we’ve teamed up with The Producer Partnership – a local, non-profit meat processing facility working to ending hunger in Montana. We’re available for single day, multi-day, weekly or multi-week.
We create our programs to suit your needs. Whether you’d like an afternoon workshop or full, multi-week training, we’re happy to accommodate you!
We will put together a package unique to your needs. In general, we charge an hourly rate of $100 per hour and half-time for travel.
Yes! Butcher Solutions, LLC has a team member who speaks fluent Spanish ready to help train your crew.
